Was responsible for coding major revenue generating features of the site including algorithms for displaying graphical and text advertisements, logic for presenting pay-per-click merchant offers. Implemented internal revenue-tracking system as well as integrated with Omniture for user tracking. Designed and build many configuration tools which cut down on number of releases and added to the stability of the site.

As a lead engineer, enforced good software development practices in the team, such as unit tests, code documentation, and informal code reviews. Also conducted design reviews, refactored code, trained new team members, and did everything else that otherwise fell through the cracks.
